Since joining Dapper Dangerous Academy, my eye for style has completely changed. The weekly challenges always make me stop and think about style choices on a deeper level. It’s completely changed the way I look at fashion now. Mostly in the details that I am now more mindful of, and it all applies to the choices I make with my own outfits. Everything is about details and it makes me examine deeper aspects behind those details. Your outfit is your statement, and you want that statement to come in loud and clear.

I remember it like yesterday. Getting a new job with a new dress code that was different from the norm. Causal, “no dress code” attire in a workplace that is opposite of the cubicle office design. I adapted to the culture and dressed for the part. Unfortunately, I did not present my true self. A couple years later and I realize I am not presenting my true self. With a need to accurately express who I am and receive the respect I deserve, I started working with Kin and later joined the Dapper Dangerous Academy.
